We strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product, we offer a 5-Day Return & Replacement Policy subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
- Return or replacement requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all return or replacement claims.
- The unboxing video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.
- The damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.
- Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Damage Verification
- Returns and replacements are applicable only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the unboxing video.
- Additional photos or videos may be requested for verification if required.
Non-Eligible Cases
Return or replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- No unboxing video is provided.
- The unboxing video is edited, incomplete, or unclear.
- The damage is not visible during the unboxing process.
- The request is raised after the 5-day return period.
- The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products without original tags, packaging, or accessories.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
Important Note
No Unboxing Video = No Return or Replacement.
Customers are strongly advised to record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully inspected. This video serves as the primary proof for any damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect product claim.
